Bidding Period: September 10th – October 10th
If you are interested in full-time, single-store locations
you must consider your bids at this time.
Bid forms and Store Lists have been mailed out to you and should arrive within the week of September 11th. If you do not receive your bid form in the mail you may download the form by clicking on the link below.
Please choose to either postmark, email or fax your Annual Bid form to both Walgreens and
the NPhA between September 10th and October 10th, 2017. Bids submitted otherwise will not be valid.
You may search store locations on your own, or send a request to email@example.com to have a Store List emailed to you.

You must be a Walgreens pharmacist in the Chicagoland area, covered under the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement to bid.
